Syphilis problem here....please help?

ok it like this i close contact with a person 2 weeks...she was like giiving me a HJ and we were kissing but no french kissing..then 2 weeks after this encounter, i have 3 ulcers in my mouth but 2 of them were cured juz less than 4 days....could this be syphilis or any kind of STD....we did not have any or any ual ..and if is kissing counter as a form ? Oh and the kissing contact was at the left side of my mouth and 2 of the 3 ulcers appear on the left side of my mouth but both were healed less than 4 days
