How often should Christians partake in communion?

Good question. If you don't partake in communion enough you are neglecting the command of Jesus our Lord to remember him during this ceremony. If you do it weekly then it becomes a ritual and could lose it's meaning and there is a good chance you could cease to "Remember Jesus" and simply perform another ritual.
