Sorry but it's weird how your boyfriend doesn't want to kiss, it's been 3 months and it's hardly a mive step compared! Be honest and tell him that you think it's been long enough. In fact, kisses aren't supposed to be discussed about, they just happen and the feeling of the moment. Feel that moment and just do it when it feels right.
