What is Life Like at the University of Texas at Arlington?

I got into my dream school USC(the one in California not south Carolina) but was dismayed to find that there was no way I could pay tuition there. My parents said they would only pay as much as an instate school would cost which pretty much means I have to stick with a Texas school. Im wondering what life at UT at Arlington is like for an undergrad student.
