Do you think the referee should get 'punished' or 'dropped' for the handball incident?

I think the referee does not have to be punished or dropped. He's just human and we're all prone to errors especially when it comes in the midst of a high-pressure match. But there should be a long-overdue review of FIFA's system of relying entirely on referees' judgment. Surely the system can be improved???
