How would you rate David Stern as an NBA Commissioner from 1-10???

Honestly 8. The NBA had an image a few years ago of being filled with thugs and gangsters and he has done a great job changing that. He handled the Donaghy situation well and so far has handled this "game-rigging" scandal very well as well. This was easily the most exciting season of the last 10 years or so.
