What are the units for work and power?? kW and kJ or W and J??

The unit for work is joule and marked as a J power is watt and is marked W however if you have 1000joules you could write it as 1kJ meaning one kilo joule where kilo is the prefix for 1000 and the same for 1000 watt = 1kW
