Pulsing pains under my ear?!?

I can't describe the pain.. All I can say is I sometimes get these pulsing pains under my (Usually) right ear, kind of in my neck. It makes me groan and sputter it hurts so bad. My mom and dad think I'm crazy, I just asked a question about chest pains too. I think the pain in my ear/neck is a form of headache? What do you think? Oh, and they only last like three minutes wrong?
