Are there any Hmongs where you live?

The Lutherans brought them to my area by the truckload. They multiply like rabbits with an average of 11 kids per woman. They drain the welfare system and cause a lot of trouble from shooting hunters to filling basements with water and stocking them with fish. Shouldn't the Lutheran church have to take care of people it brings here? I think they should - you brought them, you take care of them.
