What will happen if a custodial parent moves children out of florida without non custodial parents permission?

My husbands ex wife relocated to Pennsylvania without his permission. Seems like she moved sometime during the summer of 2010. She did not tell us, never gave us the new address, telephone numbers, of even sit down with us to discuss this. What are the laws in the Florida that will favor my husband in this situation. Can we get her child support reduced or what can happen. My husband is really upset about this. Any advice?
