Should i be so self conscious about my ?

i hate my s because they are so big, 34/36 D but i think they're super unattractive because they aren't perky and i don't like the way the and areolas look. i plan on getting them fixed as soon as possible but til then what do i do when it comes time for a guy to see them? should i just leave my bra on or do i have nothing to worry about? :( this seriously stresses me out and puts a damper on my confidence! in shirts and w/bras they look fine it's just when i take everything off :'(
