Need help losing weight FAST!?
ok so im 15 im 5'9" and i weight 159 lbs=[. i really want to lose 20-30 pounds before school starts again. i already decided to cut out all junk food and sugary snacks, and im drinkin alot of water instead of soda. my problem is when i want a snack fruit isnt much of an option because im allergic to most fruits. also i really want to lose the weight fast i have a lot of strong muscles but they're covered with fat (eww) so things like sit ups n stuff arent working much and i hate running so much but i do run 1 mile each day tips on food excersises and anything else would be so awesome THANKS SO MUCH<3
