I have a large black pimple on my shaft?

Hey I have recently been participating in alot of strange ual acts involving feces and other foreign objects. Now just recently ive started to notice a large black pimple forming about half way up my . I popped it and some maggots came out and now my is really itchy. How do I prevent such pimples from appearing again?
