Christians: I have a few questions regarding Creation and Genesis, etc....?

I think that covers most theories held. I used to think YEC was impossible, but then I was told that Jesus Created wine which immediately showed age, it wasn't g juice, and Adam was created as a full grown adult, not a fetus. It's God's nature to create things with an appearance of age. After studying science, I realized that a species can only create a like species. When a species is cross bred and inbred it eventually is detrimental to the species, not helpful. Muatations are rarely useful and even more rarely are they ped on genetically. I can not accept evolution in any way any longer.
