I can't get this bolt out of my control arm....what now (picture included)?

www.golfmkv.net/blog/archives/81 ..have you seen this procedure? i haven't worked on this vehicle but maybe the bolt is unscrewed but is frozen inside the bushing. can you someway block or hold the bushing and drive the bolt in some, [make it move inside the bushing] and spray it with wd 40? it appears that the bolt just unscrews but maybe because of the excessive wear and tear it is worn or something is broke or stripped causing the bolt to stick to the bushing. ill keep looking?..forums.vwvortex.com/showthread… .. this place says to be careful of the poor welds as they can break and cause more porblems. check it out and see if it will help.
